- Sample Availability & Policy
Samples are available, but the cost and freight fees are charged to the buyers (except for production samples).
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
Products: we will take responsibility in case of any complaints from customers.
Services: we reply to inquiries within 24 hours.
- In case of defect occurred in bulk production:
We would rather remake the whole part of defective products than ship out without notice, even such doing will result into sea-air or air shipment. Quality is the lifeline of our company and is our duty to protect our customers from loosing their own prestige because of our malfunctioning.
- After Sales Service
In case of any reasonable complaint from customers, we will reply in 24 hours and do one of the following:
o Re-manufacture the defected products and send at our expense
o Compensate for the customer's loss
